Pricing
Cost price plus card fee, no markup from us
Your price is our cost per card plus the card processing fee (about 3.6%), in Japanese yen, rounded up to 10 yen and updated daily with the exchange rate. We suggest reselling at your price + 20%, but you set your own price. There is no setup fee or monthly fee. Prices are shown inside the portal once you are approved.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through Stripe, in Japanese yen. Codes are released as soon as the payment goes through.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is 10 codes. There is no maximum; large orders depend on available stock.
Do codes expire?
Each code has an install-by date, shown next to it in the portal and in the CSV. A code that has not been installed by that date may stop working, so buy close to when you need them. The plan's validity period only starts when the eSIM first connects in Japan.
Can I get a refund?
An eSIM that has been installed cannot be refunded. If a code cannot be installed or cannot connect and our support cannot fix it, we refund it in full. This does not apply when the cause is a phone that does not support eSIM or is carrier-locked (locked to a mobile carrier), so ask your customers to check their phone first. Contact us before installing if you bought the wrong plan.
Which plans can I buy?
The same Japan data plans we sell on this site, from 1 GB to 20 GB. Availability depends on stock; the portal shows what is available right now.
Do my customers see your brand or ours?
The install page carries the 30k eSIM name. You decide how you present it: hand over only the QR code, or copy the install steps into your own materials.
